Introduction

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of orders and the process for refunds for services provided by Intap Studios Private Limited (“PhotoZoot”)

Definitions

  • You or Your: The individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement): Refers to Intap Studios Private Limited (“PhotoZoot”)

Cancellation Policy

  1. Service Order Cancellation

    • You may cancel your service order within 24 hours of placing the order without any penalty. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee based on the progress of the work.

    • To cancel an order, please contact Us immediately at zoot@photozoot.in. We will confirm the cancellation and inform You of any applicable charges.

  2. Non-Cancellable Services

    • Once image processing has begun, the service order becomes non-cancellable.

    • Services that require the shipping of products to PhotoZoot are non-cancellable once the products have been received by Us.

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

    • Refunds are only available for orders cancelled within the 24-hour cancellation window or if We are unable to fulfill the service due to circumstances beyond Your control.

    • Once image processing has begun, You will no longer be eligible for any refund.

  2. Reprocessing Policy

    • If You are not satisfied with the quality of the processed images, We may, at Our sole discretion, offer a re-processing service at no additional cost.

    • The decision to reprocess images will be determined solely by PhotoZoot and will depend on the nature of the issue raised.

  3. Non-Refundable Services

    • Once the digital images have been delivered, the service is considered complete, and no refunds will be issued.

  4. Refund Process

    • If a refund is approved, We will process the refund within 7-10 business days.

    • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the payment provider.
