This privacy policy (the “Policy”) describes Intap Studios Private Limited (“PhotoZoot”)’s practices with respect to personal data that is collected when you access PhotoZoot.in (the “Site”), or access or use the PhotoZoot services, applications, or platform through the Site, Discord servers administered by PhotoZoot, or by any other means (collectively, the “Services”). PhotoZoot is a communications technology incubator that provides image-generation services to augment human creativity and foster social connections.

As used in this Policy, “personal data” means any information that relates to, describes, or could be used to identify an individual, directly or indirectly.

This Policy applies to personal data that PhotoZoot collects, uses, and discloses, which may include:

  2. Data collected through the process of training PhotoZoot machine learning algorithms.

  3. Data collected through PhotoZoot websites.

  4. Data collected from third-party sources. Third-party sources may include, but are not limited to, public databases, commercial data sources, and the public internet.

When you make purchases, we use third-party payment processors to collect credit card or other financial information. PhotoZoot does not store the credit card or payment information you provide, only confirmation that payment was made.

This Policy does not apply to the following information:

  • Personal Data about PhotoZoot employees, candidates, and certain contractors and agents acting in similar roles.

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal, regulatory, and operational requirements, our practices, and other factors. Please check this Policy periodically for updates.   • For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance, and undertaking of the purchase contract for the products, items, or services You have purchased or of any other contract with Us through the Service.

  • To contact You: To contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application's push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products, or contracted services, including security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.

  • To provide You with news, special offers, and general information about other goods, services, and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless You have opted not to receive such information.

  • To manage Your requests: To attend to and manage Your requests to Us.

  • With Other Parties: In order to:

    • Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service.

    • Protect the personal safety of Users of the Service or the public.

    • Protect against legal liability.

You have the right to request that PhotoZoot disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your Personal Information over the past twelve (12) months. Once PhotoZoot receives and confirms your verifiable information access request, PhotoZoot must disclose to you:

  2. The categories of sources for the Personal Information we collected about you.

  3. Our business or commercial purpose for collecting or, if applicable, selling that Personal Information.

If we disclosed for a business purpose or sold your Personal Information, PhotoZoot must also provide separate lists that:

  • Identify the personal information categories that were sold to each category of the recipient in connection with sales of your Personal Information, and

  • Identify the personal information categories that were provided to each category of the recipient in connection with business purposes disclosures of your Personal Information.

9. Deletion Request Rights

You have the right to request that PhotoZoot delete any of your Personal Information that we collected from you and/or retained. Unless subject to a certain limited exception, once PhotoZoot receives and confirms your verifiable data deletion request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records. PhotoZoot will notify you promptly if it determines it must deny your deletion request.

10. Do Not Sell Opt-Out Rights

You have the right to opt-out of any sales, as defined by the CCPA, of Personal Information by PhotoZoot. However, PhotoZoot does not sell your information.
