Welcome to PhotoZoot, a service provided by Intap Studios Private Limited ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our services, you ("Client," "user," or "you") agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. AI-Generated Content Resemblance
The images and content generated by our AI tools may coincidentally resemble real people, places, objects, or other existing content. Any such resemblance is unintentional and purely coincidental. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that their use of generated content does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including but not limited to likeness rights and copyrights.

2. Brand Name and Logo Usage
Intap Studios Private Limited may use the Client's brand name and logo on its website and in marketing materials. This use is strictly limited to factual references about our business relationship and does not imply endorsement by the Client. No hyperlinks to the Client's website or products will be included without prior written approval from the Client.

3. Non-Exclusive Templates
Any templates provided as part of our starter plan are non-exclusive. Intap Studios Private Limited retains all intellectual property rights and may use, share, or modify these templates for other clients or brands.

4. Social Media and Portfolio Rights
Intap Studios Private Limited reserves the right to share, display, and promote assets, designs, or content created for the Client on social media platforms and other marketing channels. This includes using the work in our portfolio, case studies, and client showcases.

5. AI Model Training
Intap Studios Private Limited may use any images, designs, or visual assets created for the Client to train artificial intelligence (AI) models. This may involve incorporating these assets into proprietary datasets and using them to improve AI-powered tools and services. The Client does not gain any ownership or rights to the resulting AI models or technologies.

6. Intellectual Property
Intap Studios Private Limited retains all intellectual property rights to any designs, templates, and AI models developed during the course of providing services to the Client. The Client may use the assets as agreed upon, but ownership and rights to the underlying intellectual property remain with the Company.

7. Discretion in Sharing
While Intap Studios Private Limited reserves the rights outlined above, we commit to exercising discretion in the public disclosure of work created for the Client. We value our clients' privacy and will consider requests to withhold certain materials from public use.
8. Changes to Terms of Service
Intap Studios Private Limited reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes made.

9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Jaipur. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur.
