1. AI-Generated Content Resemblance

The images and content generated by our AI tools may coincidentally resemble real people, places, objects, or other existing content. Any such resemblance is unintentional and purely coincidental. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that their use of generated content does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including but not limited to likeness rights and copyrights.

2. Brand Name and Logo Usage

Intap Studios Private Limited may use the Client's brand name and logo on its website and in marketing materials. This use is strictly limited to factual references about our business relationship and does not imply endorsement by the Client. No hyperlinks to the Client's website or products will be included without prior written approval from the Client.

3. Non-Exclusive Templates

Any templates provided as part of our starter plan are non-exclusive. Intap Studios Private Limited retains all intellectual property rights and may use, share, or modify these templates for other clients or brands.

4. Social Media and Portfolio Rights

Intap Studios Private Limited reserves the right to share, display, and promote assets, designs, or content created for the Client on social media platforms and other marketing channels. This includes using the work in our portfolio, case studies, and client showcases.

5. AI Model Training

Our AI models are trained on publicly available data and may incorporate elements from various sources. We do not claim ownership of any specific training data, and our models are designed to generate original content based on learned patterns.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

PhotoZoot's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Creative AI & Brand Transparency

We use industry-leading AI tools (such as Gemini, Seedance, OpenAI, Kling, etc.) to create high-end visuals. To support campaign compliance with India's 2026 Digital Media Rules, we include technical “Digital Fingerprints” in every delivered file. To help protect account reach, clients should ensure the platform-level “AI-Generated” label is enabled when uploading content to channels such as Instagram or YouTube.

9. Protecting Your Content Reach

To reduce the risk of automated platform takedowns, our files are delivered with embedded “Provenance Metadata.” This metadata acts as a digital certificate of authenticity for your jewelry advertisements, helping verify the source and nature of the media.

10. Model Likeness & Coincidence

Our models are synthetic personas, meaning they are entirely digital creations designed to present products effectively. Although we aim for generic outputs, AI generation can occasionally produce coincidental resemblance to real individuals. In such rare situations, we can provide a “Content Passport” (audit log) demonstrating that the image was generated from scratch to support brand protection against likeness-related claims.

11. Campaign Continuity

While we follow relevant government guidelines to help ensure content is safe for publication, external platforms may occasionally flag AI content for review. The agency provides technical support to help resolve such flags promptly but is not responsible for any platform-initiated pauses, delivery limitations, or ad-spend adjustments.
